She obtained her BA in Social Siences, major in Psychology from Tbilisi State University (2005 &#8211; 2009). In 2009 she was an intern at Tbilisi office of International Crisis Group for three months.\u00a0<br>Irina gained her MA in Peace and Conflict Studies from University of Oslo (2010 &#8211; 2012). The topic of her Master&#8217;s thesis was Georgian children&#8217;s perspective and attitudes towards Russians.
